Business Development & Market Research Manager

Desired skills and expertise:
o Tertiary education background and professional experience, preferably in related field of Marketing, Design, Communications, or related disciplines
o 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role or with an Architecture/ Urban Planning/Interior Design company preferred.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English; proficiency fluency in Chinese required for the China market position.
o Written communications are clear, succinct and well organized.
o Commercial awareness with the ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative
o A strategic thinker, with a drive for quality and sales results
o A well-organized good team player who is responsible, mature, able to multi-task and work under pressure, ability to manage workload and meet deliverables, deadlines and commitments on time.
o General knowledge of the concepts, procedures and practices of architecture, interior design and urban design
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and other graphic program (preferably adobe creative suite)


Marketing & Communications Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities:
o Develop and coordinate the writing of custom communications, including responses to requests for qualifications and proposals, brochure development, press releases and other marketing collateral.
o Work with partners to realize a variety of special projects and presentations.
o Conduct comprehensive research to identify new business and marketing opportunities.
o Develop and maintain relationships with industry peers and business contacts.
o Respond to various writing, editing, and image requests. Ability to execute and prioritize project tasks efficiently and accurately.
o Update internal databases for project facts, leads management, images and assets.
o Desired Skills and Expertise:
o Excellent writing and editing skills.
o Must have 3 years of experience working in marketing / communications (preferably within the Architecture / Design industry).
o Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with staff of all levels.
o Ability to work on multiple assignments and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
o Excellent problem-solving, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
o Proficient using MS Office and Adobe InDesign.
o Ability to work in a team environment.
o Keen graphic sensibility with an interest in creative disciplines


Interiors Design Professional

Desired skills and expertise:
o Five-year architectural or four-year interior design degree; completion of five-year architectural or four-year interior program preferred;
o Minimum of three years total professional experience; experience in all phases of project work including preparation of conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction documents and supporting materials preferable;
o Demonstrates general knowledge of building materials, detailing, construction techniques, related engineering principles, sustainability strategies and building codes;
o Demonstrates proficiency in AutoCAD, word processing and spreadsheet programs;
o Demonstrates proficiency in digital modeling and rendering programs, and Photoshop preferred.


Content Editor

Desired skills and expertise:
o Write and edit content marketing material of various types and formats (news, articles, project descriptions, social media posts, headlines) across multiple channels. Produce daily copy for website and social media. Assist with updating editorial calendar and style guides along with website and social media performance analysis.
o Ideal candidate has a degree in related fields such as communications, marketing, journalism, design or urban studies. At least 3 years of recent experience in writing, editing, and producing content across multiple channels including social media and video. Experience or a strong interest in architecture, urban environments, and interior design.
o Candidate also has experience with CMS or publishing platforms. Experience promoting content on social media (especially Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn), and working with web/social analytics and insights. Photoshop, InDesign, and PowerPoint proficiency a plus.
